  • Cancellation

    Orders placed online may be cancelled within two hours of order placement. Please reply to your order confirmation and request a cancellation and a refund will be processed.
    For balloon orders, we do hold inventory, time and materials for you - a cancellation of your balloon order will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of your requested pick-up date and time. Cancellations of balloon orders more than 24 hours prior to your requested pick-up date and time will be refunded less a 15% re-stocking fee.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Most items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused condition and in their original packaging. Please email us for a return authorization. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
    NOTE: All sale merchandise, food & beverage and balloon products (filled and unfilled) are considered final sale. No returns accepted. Client is responsible for possession and care of filled balloons once outside of our store. We are not responsible for balloons deflating due to the unpredictable weather, temperature and transportation variables once balloons leave our store.
